Shipping & Exchange Policy

At Fé Jewelry, every piece is handcrafted, carefully inspected, and packaged before dispatch. Our jewelry is 18K gold plated and should be handled with care to preserve its finish and appearance.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or payment reversals for change of mind. Exchanges are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.

Cash On Delivery & Package Opening

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be completed before the package is opened.

This policy protects the condition and integrity of our handcrafted jewelry. Couriers are responsible only for delivery and payment collection and are not authorized to approve inspections, returns, or exchanges.

Any issue with your order must be reported directly to Fé Jewelry on the same day of delivery.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted on the same day the order is delivered. To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• The jewelry must be in its original condition.
• All original packaging must be intact. The item must show no scratches, damage, discoloration, perfume or cosmetic residue, or other signs of wear.

• Sale items, promotional purchases, personalized pieces, custom orders, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Fé Jewelry. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the jewelry shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, improper handling, or is no longer suitable for resale.

Store Credit

If the replacement item is of a lower value than the original purchase, the difference will be issued as store credit and will not be refunded in cash. If the replacement item is of a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from the item ordered, please contact Fé Jewelry on the same day of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging.

The jewelry must remain unworn and unused while the issue is being reviewed. Once the issue has been verified, Fé Jewelry will determine the appropriate resolution.

Handcrafted Jewelry

As every Fé Jewelry piece is handcrafted, slight variations in finishing, texture, shape, or detailing may naturally occur. These subtle variations are part of the character of handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects.
