Refund policy
Due to the nature of local logistics and retail in Lebanon, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Damaged items
If your item is visibly damaged upon delivery, please inspect it in front of the delivery person and notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement if the damage is confirmed on the spot. - Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction. All sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival. - Delivery fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable. In the case of a replacement for a damaged item, the delivery fee still applies. - How to report an issue
To report a damaged item, contact us immediately on the same day of delivery with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a brief description. Reports made after the delivery day may not be accepted. - Contact us
