Refund policy

Due to the nature of local logistics and retail in Lebanon, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  1. Damaged items
    If your item is visibly damaged upon delivery, please inspect it in front of the delivery person and notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement if the damage is confirmed on the spot.
  2. Non-returnable items
    We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction. All sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
  3. Delivery fees
    Delivery fees are non-refundable. In the case of a replacement for a damaged item, the delivery fee still applies.
  4. How to report an issue
    To report a damaged item, contact us immediately on the same day of delivery with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a brief description. Reports made after the delivery day may not be accepted.
